How do I enroll in a course?
Select your preferred course on the Catalog page and click Enroll. Complete the registration form and submit payment. You will receive confirmation and access credentials within 24 hours.
Are there any prerequisites?
No formal prerequisites are required. A genuine interest in bicycles and mechanical aptitude help. Our beginner courses start from fundamentals and build skill progressively.
What tools and materials are provided?
All professional-grade tools, stands, diagnostic equipment, and consumables (lubricants, cables, bearings) are supplied during classes. Students may purchase personal toolkits at the end of the program.
What is the class schedule and duration?
Courses run weekday evenings 6–9 pm and full weekends. Most programs last 4 to 10 weeks. Full calendar and live availability are shown in the Catalog before enrollment.
Is certification provided upon completion?
Graduates receive a signed Certificate of Master Bicycle Mechanics, validated by VisionLance Atelier and recognized by major cycling organizations and shops worldwide.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Full refunds are granted for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to course start. After that period, 50% credit for future classes is offered. No refunds after the first session.
Can I arrange private or corporate training?
Yes. Private and corporate sessions are available. Contact us directly with your group size and preferred dates. We will customize a curriculum and quote within two business days.
Do you offer support after the course ends?
All alumni receive lifetime access to our private online forum, quarterly masterclasses, and discounted tool purchases. Our instructors remain available for technical advice via email.
