Effective as of January 1, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VisionLance Atelier’s website, catalog, instructional content, and related services.

1. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

2. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Orders may be cancelled before shipment; returns follow the policy stated on the product page.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Access

All educational videos, technical drawings, and written materials remain the exclusive property of VisionLance Atelier. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit course content without written consent.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer any proprietary tooling or software provided.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations

Content is provided for educational purposes. VisionLance Atelier is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from the application of techniques demonstrated. Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation before arbitration in San Francisco County.
